Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day of delivery of the last item in your order, and extends over weekends and public holidays.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost of your original order. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

All Other Customers

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at team@koloda.shop. We will provide return instructions and the exact return address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
