Care Instructions

Yes, wood is naturally antibacterial — and that’s a fact!
Our ladders are coated with protective oil wax, making them resistant to humidity and minor contamination.
If cleaning is needed, gently wash with warm water and mild soap.
Do not soak, and always dry thoroughly.
We recommend storing in a dry environment.

Can I engrave a personal message?

Absolutely!
We offer custom engraving on all products. Just contact us before or after placing your order — we’ll coordinate the details with you personally.

I can't track my package. It hasn't updated for over a week!

Don't worry — this is normal!
Once the parcel leaves Ukraine, tracking may not update until it arrives and is scanned in your country.
It does not mean the package is lost. If there are concerns after extended delays, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we do!
We’re open to wholesale inquiries and collaboration.
Please contact us with your details and request — we’re happy to work with partners worldwide.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

All items are handmade, and production takes 3–7 business days.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only — weekends are not counted.
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and delivery times may vary.

If you’re not satisfied or the item didn’t arrive on time, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Will I have to pay customs taxes?

In many countries, yes — especially for large and heavy items like furniture.
Customs duties depend entirely on your local laws and import regulations.
We are not responsible for these charges.

  • EU & other countries — import VAT (usually around 20%) may apply.
